From an order value of 70€ shipping within Germany will be free of charge.
For orders under that value, we will charge a flat shipping rate of 5,95€.

Our shipping partner DPD offers very fast delivery options within Germany. If you order on a working day (Monday - Friday) until 12pm your order will be delivered on the next day. You can choose between receiving your package during the next day (additional price of 7€), or even until 12pm the next day (additional price of 10€) or until 8:30am the next day (additional price of 45€).
If you like to receive your package at an address different to your home address, no problem.
For deliveries within Germany it is also possible to a choose DHL Packstation as an address. If you are new to DHL Packstation, please register here. Please select DHL as the shipping partner für deliveries to Packstationen.
You can exercise your right of return within 30 days and send your delivery back to us.
Within Germany you can return your delivery free of charge. If you have chosen DHL as your shipping method, simply use the returns label in your package to return the item. If you have chosen the DPD shipping method, you can simply download your returns label in your customer account or via the link in the shipping confirmation.
Please note that outside of Germany you return your goods at your own expense and risk must be sent to our contact address.

We reserve the right to charge you for the costs of shipments sent to us freight forwarded.
Favorite bag asks you to refrain from anything that impairs the value of the goods. The goods must be unworn and in the same condition on your favorite bag be sent back as soon as it has arrived at the recipient. Goods that have been used or damaged by the customer will be taken to the favorite bag not returned as a return.
Please use the if possible the same box in which you received the goods, or at least an equivalent one to return your favorite bag
