Transport damages

Despite all precautions, it can happen in very rare cases that a delivery is incorrect, incomplete or even damaged. In this case it is important that you inform us immediately so that we can react quickly and appropriately.

In the event that the parcel has been opened or damaged, open it in the presence of the parcel delivery company (DHL) and send us photos of the damage. We require a written confirmation from the parcel deliverer. For damaged or missing products, we will gladly arrange for replacement (if possible) or appropriate compensation.
